Are the sites built for Google and AI search?
Yes. Builds include clear page structure, titles, headings, schema and tracking so Google can crawl the site, and so AI search tools that read the open web have something solid to cite. You are still buying a business website, not a martech platform or an app.
How long does a website build take?
A few weeks once scope, content and photos are agreed. The written scope sets the timeline before you pay. If content is late, the calendar slips. That is the usual bottleneck, not the code.
Do I own the website?
